Trip Leaders and Outdoor Pursuits Programmers
It's that time of year again - 杏吧原创 Outdoors Trip Leader Training is starting soon! Trip Leader training consists of 8 hour-and-a-half long classroom trainings starting after Spring Break plus one 8 to 9 day backpacking trip (either during spring break or after commencement). We use this process to train our Trip Leaders (TLs) and Outdoor Pursuits Programmers (OPPs). Trip Leaders are volunteers who lead trips for students across campus, while Outdoor Pursuits Programmers live in Marian Residence Hall under a stipend and provide year-long outdoor experiences for the first-year students living there.
