She advocates for fair trade and ethically sourced coffee and supports workers rights for females in third world countries.
Celeste Shaw: Celeste Shaw is the owner of a highly successful chain of restaurants, one located in downtown Spokane called CHAPS, which is a bakery and diner mix. She also has contributed to writing many magazines.
